Merelle

Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 October 2026  ยท  Version 1.0

1Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Erik Westin ("we", "us") about your use of the Merelle app. By creating an account or using Merelle you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2Who can use Merelle

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account.

3Not medical advice

Merelle gives predictions and general educational information about the menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy and perimenopause. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it is not a contraceptive or a method of birth control. Predictions are estimates and can be wrong, especially with irregular cycles. Always talk to a doctor or other qualified health professional about your health, and seek urgent care if you have a medical emergency.

4Your data

You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time in Settings.

5Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's accounts or data, and no unlawful use. If you invite a partner, only share your invite code with someone you trust.

6Paid features

Some features may later be offered as a paid subscription through the App Store. Prices, billing and cancellation will be shown at the time of purchase and are handled by Apple under its terms.

7Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. If we make material changes we will tell you in the app. We work to keep Merelle available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Merelle is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or from relying on its predictions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
